ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
Phase 1:  Preparation and Briefing.
I study your space in detail - measurements, structure, light, and flow - to understand its potential and define what needs to change or be enhanced. I'll give you feedback about scope of work, timeline and practical constraints. Phasing requirements, if the project needs to be done in stages.

I DESIGN YOUR SPACE

Phase 2: Concept Design (Schematic Design).

During this stage, I will create initial concepts and possible solutions for the space. The focus will be on space planning layout options, color schemes, and material selections. This phase will also include preliminary floor plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings that capture your lifestyle and your experience of home.

PROJECT COORDINATION

At Phase 3: Design Development (Spatial Coordination),​

 I refine the approved concept by selecting materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture, managing the ordering and tracking process. I coordinate with subcontractors and consultants for seamless system integration during the tendering phase. Please see our Project Coordination Service rate here.

*Phase 4: Technical Design (Construction Documentation) is an optional phase, when it comes to home extensions or conversions, that clients must request in advance. Here, JS InterArch provides detailed technical drawings and specifications for renovations,  in compliance with *Building Regulations and Fire Safety, ensuring that only qualified Chartered Architects and Technologists handle your to protect your investment.

Phase 5 & 6: Installation & Handover

After securing necessary permits, the project moves to the build phase. I oversee the construction phase and styling - aligning every detail so your new space feels effortlessly finished and truly yours.
