Every project is one-of-a-kind, so pricing varies based on the type of service, space size, and the level of detail needed.

Our virtual design Workshop Package  is offered at a fixed rate of £550 per room.

You can also enhance this option with extra services. This could be a preliminary site consultation (if location allows) or project design revision, tenders coordination, site inspection, final staging - all this available at an hourly rate of £65 if you need additional  support beyond the service package. All this will be reflected in the Fee Proposal within the stated budget. The same principle apply on the Capsule Multi  Design Package.

So, this structure ensures clarity and transparency from the very beginning.

The Interior Architecture Service, on the other hand,  is fully bespoke: it is priced according to the project's scope and typically counts for 15% of your overall budget (Flat % rate from £25 k) and divided into instalments.

Once I received your project details, I'll prepare a clear, personalized estimate that aligns with your goals, expectations and budget.

Project Fee (labor, materials, logistic) -  65 -70 %

Contingency Fund  - 5-10%

Project Management Fee (if applicable) up to 10 - 15% 

Structural BR, Party Wall Applications and Drawings Documentation (if applicable, from the Flat Architectural Project rate) -  up to 5 - 7%

Pre-renovation 60 minutes on site consultation.​ This will help you focus your budget on the most impactful elements, such as key furniture pieces (Capsule Set) or structural elements (Capsule Design Strategy).

*90 minutes sessions are available for £275.

Capsule Single: One Room Concept Design Package

Our Project Coordination services are billed at an hourly rate. Consider us your central contact, linking clients, contractors, and suppliers. JS InterArch ensures a seamless process by managing timelines, budgets, quality control and on-site coordination guaranteeing your project progresses smoothly from start to finish.

Designer's workspace

  • Furniture and item selection and schedules £250 (max 10 items per room).
