Pricing Structure & ​Tips

Every project is unique, so fees depend on the service type, space size, and level of detail.​ Please consider the following when planning your project budget:

Designer Fee — FIXED, BESPOKE, OR ~15%* (for architectural projects)

Planning Drawings Documentation (PP & BR applications support, if required) — up to 5–7%

Project Costs (labour, materials, logistics) — 65–70%

Contingency Fund — 5–10%

Project Management Fee (if applicable) — up to 10–15%

Desidner's Fee* for full architectural projects is typically priced at ~15% of the overall renovation budget (flat % from £25k+) and divided into instalments.

Once your project details are received, you’ll get a clear, personalised estimate aligned with your goals and budget. ​

Example Breakdown:

  • Stage 1 — Concept & Space Planning: 30%

  • Stage 2 — Design Development & Materials: 30%

  • Stage 3 — Technical Drawings & Coordination: 25%

  • Stage 4 — Final Styling & Handover: 15%

Pre-renovation 60 minutes on site consultation.​ This will help you focus your budget on the most impactful elements, such as key furniture pieces (Capsule Set) or structural elements (Capsule Design Strategy).

*90 minutes sessions are available for £250

Capsule Single: One Room Concept Design Package

Planning Permition (PP) Proposal Package

JS InterArch prepares submission‑ready documentation that supports planning approval and enhances the positioning of your project.

​Included:

  • Existing plans

  • Proposed plans

  • Elevations & sections

  • Site plan & block plan

  • Design narrative / justification

  • Submission‑ready drawings

Our Project Coordination services are billed at an hourly rate. Consider us your central contact, linking clients, contractors, and suppliers.

JS InterArch ensures a seamless process by managing timelines, budgets, quality control and on-site coordination guaranteeing your project progresses smoothly from start to finish.

  • Furniture and item selection and schedules £250 (max 12 items per room).

  • Kitchen joinery/space cabinetry 3D modelling £350

  • Additional square meters to 150m2 is £10 per m2

  • Photo‑ready styling session — £95. Final adjustments before estate agent photography.
