These basic services are ideal for those who want to begin their renovation or design project but aren't ready to immediately commit all their energy and resources to a large project without professional support and guidance.

Pre-Renovation Consultation

In person

A preliminary design consultation offers a focused 60-minute site visit to discuss your upcoming interior architecture project, property staging to sale/let, or workspace optimization, or, as well, troubleshoot existing issues.

We will guide you on maximizing your space's potential and want to ensure you get the most from your budget and only undertake activities which truly add value.

To optimize our pre-renovation or home staging consultation, please share details about your property, including any floor plans and site information via our client questionnaire (will be sent by email before the meeting).

We will carry out initial research and develop concepts and options for your project to help realize your vision!

Capsule Single Workshop

Virtual or In Person

This is personally tailored Package* is ideal when you need targeted support for a specific room and want flexibility while still working with interior designer.

What's included:

welcome pack and client questionnaire
concept & moodboard
new layout & finishes & paints
fixtures & furniture selection
shopping item list (Capsule Pack*, up to 12 items)
3D renders & project guide

Please note:

*Kitchen or bathroom joinery design 3D modelling will incurs an extra fee

*2-3 weeks is the general project development time. During this period the following is provided: 60 minutes consultation (within ME; DA, TN, CT, London ) or virtual via ZOOM call; one week of e-mail support or hour of contact time for further help, tips or queries.

Capsule Multi Workshop

Bespoke

Multi-space base concept design Package

If you are seeking support with a few rooms or spaces (style to let/sale/enhance), this is the package for you. The Select Package is for whole floor/multiple rooms (as agreed depending on size).

What's included:

welcome pack and client questionnaire
home style concept/brand concept design (for small commercials) & moodboard
rooms plans & elevations
finishes & paints
fixtures & furniture selection/
shopping item list (up to 10 per room)/custom furniture advice for commercials
3D renders & project guide

Please note:

*5-8 weeks is the general project development time, depending of size. During this period the following is provided: 90 minutes in-person consultation (within ME; DA, TN, CT, London ) or virtual via ZOOM call; one week of e-mail support or 90 minutes of contact time for further help, tips or queries.

*If you need rooms layout survey and 2D precise site drawing plans, kitchen joinery/cabinetry 3D modeling, or lighting and electrical plan drawings, it will be extra.
